Apparently I was a lot tired tonight. I slept through dinner. oops.
I worked this morning, and around 3p took a good walk, and had a good lunch afterwards... at around 5p i though a nice nap would go great ... 7 hours later I wake up trying to figure out where i am and why i am so hungry.. lol
dammit, I was going to have 50 cent wings tonight.. lol
instead I had a slimfast and a yogurt.
this mornings weigh in was 382.6
tonights calorie count is 1298 ... wow.. way low. it'll help make a nice average for the week. lol
